A registration error causes the Squirtle image in the evolution box to appear with missing eye highlights — the shine is absent from Squirtle's eyes, producing a blank, lifeless stare. Named "Zombie Squirtle" by the collector community. Separate from the Evolution Box error also on Wartortle #42.
